How does Click to Buy work?

After editing your Tesco Diets list the Click to Buy button will allow you to place an order to our fulfillment list. On first visit, you will be asked whether you shop with tesco.com or tesco.ie, your login details, a contact telephone no. and a few further questions to help us to complete your order to best suit your budget and diet preferences.

If you don't currently have a Tesco.com or TescoDiets account simply go to www.tesco.com or www.tesco.ie to get started today.

We will add your shopping list items to your online basket and once this is completed, we will send you an email to inform you that your Tesco Diets order is ready. You can then log into your Tesco.com account, add any more items to your grocery list and book your delivery time and date.

We recommend that before completing your tesco.com shopping you check the order placed on your behalf.

Important: For health and safety reasons it is not possible for us to offer the Click to Buy service to the Gluten Free and Dairy Free Plans. Due to the nature of an online Grocery service we can't guarantee that the foods put in your basket are Gluten Free or Dairy Free. Please always check the nutritional information of foods you want to buy before adding to your shopping basket.

Please note: If you make any further changes to your meal plan or shopping list after placing your click to buy order we can not guarantee they will be included in the final order. If you do make changes to your list after requesting an online shopping order, please keep a note of these items as you will have to edit your tesco.com order.

Click To Buy is provided as a free additional service to our Tesco members and this service is still under development. Orders are fulfilled by members of tesco staff on your behalf and although we strive to complete all orders received within a 24hr period, we can not guarantee this fulfillment time over the weekend.

We are constantly working to improve our service and we are continuing to develop and improve Click To Buy. We apologise if the Click to Buy does not meet your expectations at present, but be assured that we are acting on all feedback received so that we can deliver the service you want.
